Privacy Policy 

At StockSetu, we value the privacy of our business partners. This policy outlines how we handle data:

1.Data Collection: We collect mobile numbers for OTP authentication, business names, and business addresses for delivery routing.

2.Security: All data is encrypted and stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure. We do not sell or share business-sensitive data with third-party advertisers.

3.Usage: Location data is only shared with the specific distributor from whom the shopkeeper is ordering to facilitate accurate delivery.

4.Payment Data: We do not store credit card or bank details. All payments are processed through our authorized payment partner, PhonePe.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

StockSetu facilitates a ₹5.00 Platform Service Fee (Commitment Fee) for every order placed.

1.Order Cancellation (Shopkeeper): If a shopkeeper cancels an order after placement, the ₹5.00 service fee is non-refundable.

2.Order Cancellation (Distributor): If a distributor rejects or cancels an order due to stock unavailability, the ₹5.00 will be non refundable because it is platform fee

3.Product Quality Issues: Since we deal with perishable goods (Milk, Bread, Eggs), quality complaints must be raised and no refund will br given and distibutor will be risponsable for goods and prises

4.Product Price Refunds: StockSetu is a facilitator and does not handle the main product price. Any disputes regarding the cost of goods must be settled directly with the distributor.

5.Wallet Credits: Balance in the StockSetu wallet is non-withdrawable and can only be used for platform fees on future orders.

6. Subscription :  Distributor Subscription will not be Refundable  

Shipping and Delivery Policy

1.Delivery Responsibility: All physical deliveries are performed by the Distributor. StockSetu provides the digital order management and tracking.

2.Timeline: Most orders placed on StockSetu are for "Next Morning" delivery. Distributors must confirm and fulfill orders within the agreed-upon window.

3.Delivery Charges: Any shipping or delivery charges are determined by the distributor and are visible in the product catalog or handled offline.

4.Proof of Delivery: Shopkeepers are required to verify the stock upon receipt and confirm the delivery status within the app.

5.Stock verification : stock verification and product checking should be done physically by shopkeeper and check product manufacturing dates also

Terms and Conditions

1.Acceptance: By using the StockSetu app/website, you agree to these terms.

2.Role of Platform: StockSetu is an intermediary/bridge. We are not the manufacturer, seller, or delivery agent of the products listed.

3.User Eligibility: Only verified business owners (Distributors/Shopkeepers) are permitted to use the platform.

4.Fees: Users agree to pay a ₹5.00 service fee per order for the use of the StockSetu digital infrastructure.

5.Liability: StockSetu is not liable for business losses, perishable item spoilage, or delivery delays caused by independent distributors.

6.Disputes: All legal disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Pune, India.
